Dates & Duration of Day: Fourth Sunday of every month 10am - 4pm There will be a one hour lunch break.

Psychodrama can help clarify issues, increase physical and emotional health, foster learning and help people develop new life skills. By use of experiential methods, and backed by our understanding of the self based on role theory, and group dynamics, psychodrama can facilitate positive change in ourselves and in the groups we work and live in.

Use drama and dramatic re enactment tecniques that will help you explore the areas in your life that are not going the way you want them to.

  • Once you decide the area you want to change we will help you work towards achieving this goal
  • Be confident that over time you will create and sustain a New Me.
