John Murphy

John Murphy is a BPA Registered and UKCP Accredited Psychotherapist. He has been formally accredited as a Psychotherapy Superviser.

John runs a monthly Psychodrama group in central London. He also works with and runs outpatients groups, supervision groups and training workshops in all aspects of mental health. John also teaches on Mental Health issues and is a Professional Trainer..

John works part time in a London teaching hospital as the manager of a Psychiatric Liaison Nurse Service specialising in risk assessment and deliberate self harm.

John also works part time as a Specialist Mental Health Nurse Adviser for the Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman and as a Reviewer for the Health Inspectorate of Wales. John has an MA in Organisational Consulting from the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust.
